How to order the ARISk Test
The ARISk® Autism Risk Assessment Test can be ordered by contacting Integragen online or by calling (877) 99ARISK.
Only physicians and qualified healthcare professionals can order the ARISk Test.
The ARISk Buccal Swab DNA Collection Kit provides a simple option for obtaing and sending a DNA sample to IntegraGen. The samples are collected using an easy to use buccal swab. Two samples are requested to insure sufficient DNA is collected for the test. Once the DNA samples have been obtained, they can be sent to IntegraGen in the postage-paid box via the U.S. mail.
Test results will be sent to the ordering physician 2 to 4 weeks from when IntegraGen receives the DNA sample.
The ARISk Buccal Swab DNA Collection Kit includes the following:
- An ARISk Test Requistion Form
- Two (2) Isohelix SK1 Buccal Swabs with sealable tubes
- One ziploc bag with dessicant
- Bar coded labels for placement on sample tubes
- One postage-paid resealable box for returning the sample to IntegraGen
